We collect information you provide when making an appointment, such as Full Name, WhatsApp Contact Number, Email, and Oral Health Concerns for medical administration purposes.

Your personal information is only used for appointment confirmation, sending medical reminders, and improving clinic service quality. We never sell or share your data with third parties without written consent.
3. Data Security
Our system utilizes encryption and multi-layered security protections to ensure all patient data is stored securely from unauthorized access.
4. Cookies and Analytics Services
This website uses cookies and third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand which pages visitors read most and to improve the information we publish. When we run advertising campaigns we may also use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure their effectiveness. These services record general visit data such as pages viewed, device type, and traffic source. We do NOT send your name, phone number, email, dental complaint, or treatment records to any analytics service or advertising platform.
5. Traffic Source Data
When you submit a reservation form, our system records where your visit came from, for example a Google search or an advertisement. This record stays on our own server, is used only to understand which channel helps patients find the clinic, and is never shared with anyone else.
6. Your Rights Over Personal Data
Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to know what data we hold, request corrections, request removal of your contact details from our promotional list, and withdraw your consent at any time. Requests can be sent through our official WhatsApp or email and will be handled within a reasonable time. Please note that medical records are retained in line with applicable healthcare record-keeping obligations.
7. Opting Out of Tracking
You can disable cookies through your browser settings or install a tracking-blocker extension. Disabling cookies will not affect the reservation feature or your access to any page on this website.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add or discontinue an analytics service. The effective date at the top of this page is updated whenever a change is made.
