1. General Service Terms
By accessing and booking an appointment at KER Dental Clinic, you agree to all examination procedures and medical treatment terms according to applicable operational standards.
2. Appointment Booking & Cancellation
Patients are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the consultation/treatment time. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 3 hours prior to the confirmed schedule via KER Dental Clinic Official WhatsApp.
3. Medical Record Confidentiality
KER Dental Clinic guarantees the confidentiality of medical records and patient health data in accordance with Health Laws and the Indonesian Dental Ethics Code.
4. Payment & Treatment Fees
Treatment fee details are communicated transparently by doctors or clinic staff before procedures are performed. Payment can be made via Cash, Debit, Credit Card, or QRIS.
